I’m a Senior Creative Strategist and Associate Creative Director, Copy, with a background spanning brand campaigns, messaging strategy, UX/content systems, and customer education.
Over the last 20+ years, I’ve worked with agencies, startups, and global brands, helping teams turn complex subject matter into clarity. Sometimes that means concepting and building out campaigns across the marketing funnel. Sometimes it’s fixing messaging that isn’t landing. Other times, it’s auditing support content, onboarding flows, or customer journeys to figure out where confusion starts and how to reduce it.
Most of the work I enjoy sits somewhere between storytelling, strategy, and problem-solving.
I’ve worked across brand, product, support, and marketing teams, partnering with design, engineering, legal, strategy, and leadership groups to create work that’s useful, clear, and effective. More recently, that’s included AI-assisted workflows, prompt experimentation, content analysis, and improving how large-scale content systems support customer understanding and self-service.
My background includes work for companies such as Airbnb, Uber, Google, Upwork, and Nike. I’m comfortable leading teams, mentoring creatives, presenting ideas, refining messaging, and getting hands-on with the work itself.
At its core, I like helping organizations communicate with more clarity and less noise.
Outside of work, I’m finishing two novels scheduled for publication in 2026.
